Information collected
The enquiry form may collect your name, company, destination country and port, email address, WhatsApp number, vehicle requirements, message, consent choice, source page and basic technical request data used for security and abuse prevention. Information you later provide through email or messaging may include candidate links, VIN details and commercial correspondence.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, banking credentials or unnecessary identity documents through the general enquiry form. When a later transaction legally requires documents, request a verified transfer route and an explanation of the required fields.
How the information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, clarify requirements, identify relevant Mazda CX-5 candidates, prepare inspection or specification details, estimate export logistics, prevent abuse and maintain necessary commercial, legal and security records. It may also be used to reconcile a later request with the vehicle, quotation and contact history. Enquiry information is not sold.
Service providers and international processing

No optional advertising or audience-measurement cookies are currently used on these pages. Essential infrastructure may process request and security information needed to deliver the site and form. If optional analytics are introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before that processing begins.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information by emailing info@pandausedcars.com. A request may be limited where information must be retained for legal, transaction, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. You may choose email or WhatsApp for the reply and can ask not to receive further non-transactional contact.
External services and changes
WhatsApp and email links open third-party communication services governed by their own privacy terms. Vehicle availability, import rules and costs change and should be confirmed through current documents and destination-country advice. This notice may be updated when processing practices or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
