Information that produces a useful reply
Include the destination country and port, preferred new or used condition, model-year range, 2.0L or 2.5L preference, FWD or AWD requirement, mileage ceiling, essential equipment, colour flexibility and complete budget. Mention local vehicle-age, steering, emissions or registration restrictions already confirmed. If you have a candidate listing, send the VIN or original link rather than screenshots alone.
What happens after the enquiry
The first response separates confirmed requirements from open questions and checks whether current candidates can meet the brief. A shortlist, inspection scope, dated quotation, contract and shipping plan follow only when the buyer accepts the comparison basis. Submitting the form does not reserve a vehicle or guarantee availability.
When several cars are available, the reply should identify which facts come from documents, current inspection evidence or the seller. A replacement candidate receives a fresh review; evidence from one VIN must not be transferred to another.
